How do I return an item? To return or exchange an item customers must email info@laskasak.com stating the defect or problem with the product within 48 hours of receiving. All returns/exchanges will be granted no later than 7 days from when your shipment is received. All items purchased must be in original condition with original packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All returns will be refunded to the account monies were received from. No refund allowed for any product after 7 days. Laska|Sak reserves the right to modify these terms/policies. You agree that you will regularly check and review these terms/policies to keep informed of any changes. |
